Welcome to GreenDiet.com, a holistic health website – geared toward optimal human health. In the upcoming weeks I will be populating this blog with tons of information and freebies to help you – the valued reader. My goal for this blog/venture is to help as many people as I can eat for optimal human health and feel great. Not too long ago I was a very sick person who felt my odds of recovery from ulcerative colitis were dismal – without having my colon removed. In short, I made a rapid recovery facilitated by natural methods to not only get back to my ‘normal’ self but to actually thrive. The Green Diet is essentially a modified paleo diet with particular emphasis on anti-inflammatory foods and those with the densest nutrition. We leverage medicinal cannabis that has additional anti-inflammatory properties with health benefits and we aren’t afraid to talk about it. I myself am a Medical Marijuana patient in my home state and am an outspoken advocate for effective natural remedies for human ailments.

There are a variety of healthy lifestyle forums out there. The godfather himself Mark Sisson has a solid one for Paleo eaters over at http://www.marksdailyapple.com. The http://www.bodybuilding.com forums are very active and people follow all sorts of diets over there. If you are into jiu jitsu there is http://www.sherdog.com If there is a big enough interest, I may start our own little niche forum here. For now it will be an informational blog 🙂
In terms of medicinal cannabis – simply google ‘yourstate medical marijuana.’ There are the popular ones – http://www.rollitup.com http://www.thcfarmer.com http://www.grasscity.com etc – often times there will be a section for MMJ by state, good luck!
